Ian began his professional career in the mid seventies having been involved in amateur dramatics from early childhood. Following in the footsteps of many top entertainers he progressed through the then busy cabaret club circuit, TV talent shows and numerous appearances at the countries' top holiday centres for all of industries major operations.

Since 1990 Ian has been carving out a well recognised and respected niche in the after dinner market, establishing himself as one of the most in demand performers on the circuit today and totally reliable, impeccably presented, with fresh material and of course most importantly very funny!!

Ian has made nearly a thousand appearances for the British armed forces on the mainland and travelled to the Falklands, Ascension Isles, Belize, Germany, Northern Ireland and Bosnia.

In 1996 Ian spoke at many hospitality events for The Euro 96 Football Championships at: Villa Park, Hillsborough, Old Trafford and including the final at Wembly Stadium.
